the helicopter scene is so hilarious because it really solidifies L’s point and perception that Light is absolutely INSANE
imagine being in an isolated vehicle with Light Yagami and he seems normal and fine and jolly even but you know somethings up . u hand him the death note and he FREEZES like hes just seen a ghost with his mouth hanging open like a snake when its about to pounce on its prey, and then he just starts SCREAMING.
AND THEN HE SMIRKS MALICIOUSLY WITH HIS EYES GLOWING RED WHILE CHUCKLING TO HIMSELF.
