Cyan :3

I’ve seen a bunch of the UT soul trend thingy on my Insta reels fyp ever since I got back into the fandom so I got super mega inspired to make a fun little guy that I can put into situations

I did a few different quizzes but Jaden’s Soul Virtues Extractor is by far the best!!! It’s pretty detailed with some really good questions :D I genuinely rotated the results in my brain for so long,,, I have another post idea for that tho :D

I always thought of myself as a Perseverance soul but getting Integrity made me think about how much I value being myself no matter what :D

It was especially nice to reflect on after being bullied when I was younger for being very unapologetically myself :)

I love making self-inserts for literally every fandom i’m in <3 I always end up learning smth new about myself :D anyways Integrity is blue and that’s also so cool :DDD

My fav color ever is cyan but I usually draw my irl self with a lot of dark blue because I think it suits me better!! :) My baby my main OC I love so much can have the favorite color

I made both a human and a monster design for the funsies lmao

Also the human design is sooo inspired by MelonGod77 over on youtube!!!! They’re a super cool UT/DR creator :) their main oc’s design is so cool to me genuinely

It’s super cutie and it also has a great balance of being recognizable enough on its own that it fits in multiple different settings while also being recognized as being UT/DR themed :D I deffo recommend checking them out if you like modded UT/DR or fangame content :)

The human is mostly based on irl me with some little changes to fit the setting (longer hair from being stuck in the underground for a while + a fun little blue streak as a nod to soul trait) :D I also had a lot of fun thinking about what armor / weapons I would use :DDDD

I landed on the cloudy glasses (inspired by my own) and the burnt pan + torn notebook

Also the torn notebook is purely for drawing lmao,,,, I doubt I would actually fight in undertale I would spend 99% of my time doodling or running away lol

Burnt pan seems good for deflecting attacks tho!! (fun concept even tho it can’t be done in-game)

The monster is based more on my main OC since the personality I’ve given Cyan in my brain is basically a more exaggerated and silly version of my own, so it seems fitting since monsters in undertale tend to be more energetic than our protags :D and even tho monster souls don’t have soul traits they can still represent them pretty well (Gerson and Undyne with Justice/Determination)

I did modify the color palette to remove green tho

In-lore I’d imagine they’re an Ice-goat monster that lives in Snowdin!! Thus the wings, crystals and tail being replaced by ice versions :D Cyan’s technically a shapeshifter but their preferred form has always been something resembling a goat so it made sense to make them into a goat monster!! (especially since the more human design wouldn’t fit in very well in the underground) I went for a darker color palette too since it fit better with the goat :3
