Positive + Negative=?
Stop giving Trump all the “juice”.
I mean energy is energy. Positive or negative. When you direct energy at something you in turn give it power and in turn it succeeds, or is highly likely to succeed.
Case in point? President Obama. When he busted on the political scene as a contender, yes there was tons of positive energy directed his way. He was fresh, new and full of hope. His spirit was refreshing and excited many. However, in spite of all that positive energy there was tons of negative energy to go around about Barack Hussein Obama. Oh, we all saw it and heard it. Yet somehow, here is number 44 finishing his second term as the “leader of the free world”.
I will propose this humble theory. Call it the energy quotient. Perhaps we should quit directing so much negativity toward The Donald. It’s giving him power. Boosting his “brand” per say. Like it or not there are many sending positive energy Trump’s way by voting for him, attending his rallies, quitting the race and then agreeing to throw their support behind him etc… Never mind YOUR views. THEY do. Add this ‘”positive” energy from them to the negative energy the rest of us are shading him with and you have the powerful energy quotient at play. Energy is energy, folks, and we are giving Donald Trump too much of it.
This happened back in 2009 with Obama. The negative haters screamed and cursed. He’s Muslim, he’s just community organizer, he’s never done this or that, and he’s a nig---! For all the positivity in his corner, the negative vitriol was just as real and intense.
I assert that this is the very reason he was elected. Too much energy. Positive AND negative! The GOP and its voters spent way too much time and energy trying to submarine Obama that they failed to focus positive energy on setting up a viable and electable Republican candidate for their party, and thus Barack was elected. Twice.
If we don’t want Trump as our next commander-in-chief we should put all our energy into positive plays for the candidate that we desire. Instead of wasting it by constantly bashing him. The GOP did just that for the past 8 years and it got Obama two terms. Just saying.
