White chocolate mud cupcakes filled with raspberry curd and topped with white chocolate cream cheese frosting and white chocolate scrolls. These were a little rich ;)

Grapefruit and poppyseed cupcakes filled with strawberry and rhubarb topped with swiss cream cheese buttercream. These were epic to make, but worth it. 

I've made these cherry coke cupcakes before, but this time for a cupcake competition! Ran out of stock in about 15 minutes... next time I need to make sooooo many more.

Apple and Cinnamon Cupcakes with Custard Frosting. Made a simple cinnamon cupcake and filled with stewed apples. Made some buttercream frosting, then added some custard powder (dissolved in a little bit of milk).
