It's a slippery slope isn't it? You occasionally have a cheat day where you binge on snacks. Having a full tummy makes you feel warm and fuzzy. It's nice, and isn't that little food baby so cute? But then you start to eat sweats at the end of every day, and start stopping at drive throughs on the way home. Before you know it, you're stuffing your face every day and ending the night feeling like you're going to explode. Your belly has grown from a cute but temporary pot belly to a giant globe of food and fat.
