Astrology is the study of the relationship between the positions and movements of the celestial bodies - such as the Sun, Moon, stars, and other planets in our solar system - in relation to events on Earth, human behavior, life experiences, and personality. It’s based on the belief that by interpreting these celestial patterns, we can gain insight into both personal and worldly happenings.

Astrology is often used as a tool for self reflection and guidance (what I personally use it for), as it offers us a framework to understand ourselves, relationships, and the cycles we experience throughout life.

Different cultures have their own systems of astrology, such as Western, Vedic, and Chinese. What all of them have in common is the idea that the moment someone is born, that snapshot of the position of the planets at that time has some meaning and acts as a kind of omen for what’s to come in that person’s life.

The idea that multiple cultures have been practicing astrology for centuries certainly says something about its merit. It is true that I used to be a heavy skeptic, but once I saw my own birth chart and how much I could relate to it once I decoded it, I knew I had to learn more.
