I recently found some files from the early seasons of The NoSleep Podcast. In the days before Brandon Boone joined the show, I composed the musical scores. I have created a playlist from some of those scores. Enjoy some dark atmospheric music. Perfect to play in the background on dark nights.

Good 60 min ride today. Getting better, faster, stronger, smellier.

Now that the cold weather is here, I've turned to indoor cycling. Zwift is a fun and effin' challenging way to workout on the indoor bike.
