for days 209-213, another 'blast off' effect frame (which after studying some clips of Mei shooting off green energy beams I kiiiiiinda wanna re-draw, except I also. Do Not Want To Do That) and then some inbetweens!
so i'm still largely doing these in spare time at work, but the inbetweening stage has me rethinking this

I am once again unpunctual, I point the finger at whichever of the coughing sickly children on the train home gave ME the sickly cuz i had a cold that tbh was only mildly inconvenient but with how LOUD and yucky-sounding the resulting coughs were you'd think I was a plague victim
