It's been three days since I told you I'm facing eviction from my rented room, kitchen, and bathroom because I haven't paid rent for three months. I don't have the money to pay the monthly installments. I have to pay $400 a month, and I've accumulated about $1200 in debt. I paid $200 as a down payment, leaving $1000 still outstanding.

That would include doctor visits and consultations, expensive blood and similar tests (even a few hundred to a few thousand dollars each), physiotherapy and medical equipment such as an active lightweight wheelchair with push assist that may cost from $5k to $12k.

People with connective tissue disorders are often severely disabled, so medical attention, accommodations and treatment are necessary to help them be independent and to manage their symptoms. It causes joint hypermobility, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, skin fragility and fragility of blood vessels. Many people with such problems don't heal well, have a lot of additional disorders, symptoms and may have additionally a lot of autoimmune issues and people who are immunocompromised may get sick easily, often and for long stretches of time compared to a healthy person. A simple flu infection that should disappear within a few days to a week may last even 2 months or longer.
