Hi I'm so incredibly sorry to ask but my cheap off brand phone has despite my best efforts finally broken for good tonight, I can't get it to charge at all anymore and it's at 8% and keeps freezing

I am physically disabled and often stuck in bed by chronic illness. I can't always use a computer. I also use my phone to arrange Ubers to my doctor appointments.

I have found a replacement phone for $129, but my income is about 1/3 the minimum wage for my area and I struggle to keep up with just the basics.
