Pam flashed Harley a smile as the other woman spoke. âGood,â she teased. âYouâre the only one I want to see me that way, in any case.â She laughed, glancing over at Harley with a soft smile on her face. âThat absolutely counts,â she teased. A little chuckle left her lips. âJim Gordon is not the most considerate type,â she said lightly. âAt least not toward us. He does tend to arrest us as often as possible, and for such trifles. I think murdering a clutch of scientists pouring toxic waste into the river was an act of heroism, personally.â She smiled softly. âAnything for you,â she said simply. Pam looked over as the hyenas answered, arching an eyebrow as they looked up at her, tongues lolling. âBelieve me, youâll regret it if you mess with Frank,â she said idly. She didnât fully think that the creatures could understand her, but Harley spoke to them like they did, so she had fallen into the habit of doing the same. Besides â who knew, really? She had a gigantic talking plant in her house. Weirder things had happened.
Harley smiled softly she loved being around Pam that was just something sheâd never get tired of no matter how much in each other's company they spent. âI better be the only one appreciating your wonderful style, though itâs been a while since I bashed someoneâs face inâ She allowed a rather crazy smile to overtake her face at the possibility of it. âNot considerate at all!! Oh well, I suppose I have to arrive in New York with a BANG, starting with our favorite little copâ She clapped her hands together happily before nodding her head. âThe big meanie they are whole they shouldâve arrested hurting the precious river.â she mused before blushing slightly âAww Red you say the sweetest things! itâs like we are proper family now!â She nodded her head at Pamâs warning as her boys seemed to get the threat and moved to look around their new home âSuch good boys, well now thatâs all cleared up, Pammy We should go out? Iâm starved and new to town so maybe you show a girl around?â
