Your super power is making and completing lists (please check for more in Umbert Eco's book 'The infinity of Lists' from 2009). that is what you love to do, now you need to make that list communicate all its wonderful content  : infographics with colors and aliment, make it a whole that can be embrased in one look. So that links and comparisons could be made to question and made the questioning of the value of these systems more striking. Lists are a great way to order that we see and they make senseless things logical by ordering them. Now you need to start designing with them. Use the lists and what it shows to act and see what it creates to people : white setting, videos and give food to people and register their reaction : set it so that the food is the centre of the action and the story behind the trying is clear.You showed your list, you have an idea for an all you can eat restaurant where you loose weight. : how could this happen : small scale trials to explore the possibilities : related to quantity, authorization and  ban, seeing what is there and what you can actually eat and what kind of feeling it triggers. and the the uneatable plates.: what is in there, how is it presented, what is the relationship between the colors, the elements, the level of abstraction the feeling it creates. Keep on working on all 3 that you push yourself to materialize your findings.
