In the ruins of a space ship long gone, you find a tablet still functional...
Picking the tablet up after giving it its first charge in probably years, you find a crewmate's personal log among the various files.
A bad feeling creeps in as you keep scrolling through the logs. A story told thousands of times already.
As you read through the more entries, a pessimistic image forms in your mind. When you reach day 6, you can already tell what happened to this poor crew: the idiocy of one became the problem of many.
With the storm raging outside, you decide to leave the ruins of the ship before you get stuck there. You can read the rest later. Impostors might come and take refuge from the snow, and you certainly don't want to be the warm meal waiting for them.
You just hope that the crew from that ship did not suffer too much. You want to believe they might be out there, but you know that's delusional.

I don't know about the others, but I'd like to sit quietly in a room with Basalt, like cats. Just doing our own things in a nice silence. I just like Basalt a normal amount and desire to be their friend <3
Basalt VERY much enjoys parallel play! They went through a lot, so they appreciate a comforting presence around them to make them feel safer.
Because of trauma-induced heightened paranoia, Basalt very much prefers quiet parallel play, like reading or playing games in the same room. Nothing that has too much sudden noise that could startle them or too loud for them to not hear things around them.
The ship is full of loud and vibrant personalities, so they treasure some quiet down time.
