The prisoner is enclosed within a large restraint system that covers almost his entire body from the shoulders down to the feet. The outer material is thick, durable PVC, highly resistant to tearing or stretching. Several broad black restraint straps encircle the body at regular intervals, each secured with heavy-duty buckles. These straps prevent movement of the torso and legs and ensure that the containment system remains tightly fitted. The lower face of the violent young man is covered by a secure protective mask, further limiting his ability to interfere with the restraints.

The body bag completely immobilises the prisoner, leaving absolutely no possibility of escape. Constantly supervised, monitored and cared for by the relentless young Northfield guards in their glossy black PVC uniforms, this young man is entering his fourth day of total imprisonment without hope of release any time soon.

Dehumanization is part of it. Being touched is part of it. Being mocked is part of it. This happens every day.
