Some positive news: There really WAS a cat summoned for jury duty back in 2010. Turns out the error was quickly corrected and the cat did NOT actually have to travel to the courthouse. But at least we can enjoy the fact that a papereork glitch did once try to give a cat jury duty XD

so hm. this post IS probably very fictional, but i can't find a source for it being AI? there's not a logo at the top, and you can in fact find the original tweet on the person's twitter account. while it's likely fake (lol), i don't see why on earth it would be AI. the first picture of the original post by @whosname below.

I understand we're all cautious about shit being AI, but this one was pretty easily verifyable as a likely human-made fake story (though whether bennie has used chatgpt to write this, i can't know)
