their relationship is not cute and should never have happened! teaching kids that someone who has a secret crush on you is going to verbally and physically abuse you is incredibly harmful. even as a kid i knew their relationship was awful!

i just assume that people who ship seddie also ship people like nate and maddy from euphoria but then again maybe not because of the double standard! if freddie was the one abusing sam then they would’ve been one of the most hated ships on tv.

seddie fans can say that carly didn’t deserve freddie because she never reciprocated the same feelings but at the end of the day an hate/abusive to abusive/lovers relationship is much worse than a unrequited love to lovers relationship!
