France currently (19 March 2021) does not have a legal age of consent for sex. But wait there's more (prepare for a WTF moment)

I could start this off like how these confessions read in Hollywood movies, but fuck it. I have no idea where else to start.

All my life I have had what could be best described as a lose wire in my head. I have a cyst in my brain. It's called a Dandy Walker cyst. Yes! Christ! I know it sounds like a fucking cocktail you'd get at the after party of the Sydney Mardi Gras. Two wonderful doctors discovered it a few decades ago, one Dr Dandy and his esteemed colleague a Dr Walker. I'm sure they thought the name was amusing. Anyway this cyst is essentially, well mostly, harmless. But it's does actually leave a tangled mess of my rear brain, including quite a lot of empty space. Imagine an area the size of an apple either empty space or a mass of twisted brain tissue inside your skull. Thankfully it's not something one can see from the outside.

Now, here's the freaky bit...yes that wasn't the freaky bit.

[deep breath]

There are times when I know stuff is going to happen before it happens. SHUTUP!!! Like I said I know had stupid this sounds. Either a clear thought (almost a voice) points it out. In some instances it feels like a "memory" of what is about to happen, as if the event has already played out, and like I said it's a "memory". Other times I see repeating events play out in front of me, well in front of everyone actually, but I am the only one who notices the reoccurring pattern of events. It's almost as if reality is running a dress rehearsal. Now don't get me wrong no one has died or anything drastic like that, but it's unnerved me to see this happen. Imagine if you will, watching an older original movie and then a more recent remake, but only seconds or minutes long and multiple times. When this happens to me it does not appear to have any rhyme or reason, and no I'm not saving lives...it's all too mundane for that.

I have also had very specific dreams about up coming events, but these are super rare, and are generally about aspects of my own life, so I've often written them off as self fullfilling prophecies. But it does make me uncomfortable how the events happen exactly in the order that they do.

Anyway that's my story. Why tell it? Well firstly, nobody on Tumblr knows me in real life and I'm kind of hoping it's like I said earlier, maybe it's just faulty wiring in my brain. But secondly I'm writing about it because I experienced a "dress rehearsal" event today and it's been some time since one has occurred. I do have a sense of foreboding about this one, which is new to me too.
