Study’s shows in the Harvard Business Review that the average age of US entrepreneurs at the time they created their companies was 42.

However, that includes small businesses. When looking at larger-scale companies, the average in software startups is 40 years old; the average age in industries like oil, gas, and biotech is 47. While the average age of entrepreneurs who founded the most successful companies is 45.

It’s never too late to start and make this world a better place. So if you want to start that new piece of art for your next show, or perhaps have an amazing idea for a new app, or a blog about something special this is a perfect time. Speak with your friends about it, find a solutions, fail and create, learn new skills but stop waiting for a next big thing to happen.

 It is now and we are all part of it.

I always looked at my work as something sacred. 

Whether we talk about my work as a designer or an artist. For me working on my vocation hard and doing great work is vital as breathing.

It empowers my soul and it warms my heart. It truly gives me the belief that those of us who are lucky enough to live and spend our days doing something we love should feel extremely lucky.

Whatever is you do, the best advice the old man gave me is to work as hard I can to become best version of myself. Otherwise we may fail our beliefs, talents and whatever creative entity you believe in. 

In other worlds being said your life will be purposeless.

It is the only way of staying true to yourself.

Lesson for the day: vision is always ahead of executions —and it should be.

Everyone’s situation is different. We grow up differently, with different values and beliefs. So, while all of our stories have different paths, we all can claim we’re fucked up, and or those they don't you lie to yourself.

But what also makes life interesting enough is that we have all different ways of expressing it, and trust me it gets even more interesting.

Actually since April 2019 there is 7.7. billion ways that we express that craziness on a daily bases. Some less and some more. It took over 200,000 years of our history for the world's population to reach 1 billion, and only 200 years more to reach 7 billion. Imagine how crazy is that. The level of craziness in the world we live in was never so high.

To be clear we all suffer, we are human and it seems that’s what humans do. Suffer. Some more and some less If you are believer then you know gods suffer big deal as well. You don’t believe me?

Let’s pick any god or higher spiritual being. Jesus got crucified for us so the sin of mankind would be washed and for our salvation. / that’s we can say weird.

Buddha - the enlightened one spend his life trying to figure out why we suffer(the four noble truths)and finally died from food poisoning.

Norse god Odin gave his eye in pursuit of knowledge, and Greek god Zeus was crazy  mad at Prometheus and human kind He decided to inflict a terrible punishment on both man and Prometheus. 

Can’t get more weird then that. You think? S&!* is terrible, even though Prometheus gave the mortals all sorts of gifts: brickwork, woodworking, telling the seasons by the stars, numbers, the alphabet for remembering things, etc.Zeus sentenced the freaking Titan to eternal torment for his transgression. The immortal was bound to a rock, where each day an eagle, the emblem of Zeus, was sent to eat Prometheus' liver, which would then grow back overnight to be eaten again the next day. It’s crazy to even imagine suffering like that. Fortunately Prometheus was freed by Hero Heracles( Hercules) who also have a fucked up story in the end.

So, a rational approach to ethics becomes possible once we realize that questions of right and wrong are really questions about the happiness and suffering of sentient creatures. In the meantime my belief is that gods are much more weird then we are and there is so much things today we can do to help each other go through those moments of hardship.

Being there for each other Listening more Guiding and sharing Being honest and compassionate Desiring less.

According to Buddha, the basic cause of suffering is "the attachment to the desire to have and the desire not to have ". All of us have desires and cravings. Since we cannot satisfy ALL our desires and cravings, we get disturbed and angry, which is but another manifestation of suffering.

“We are crushing our own spirits in the quest to own better things, to own more things, things that ironically we soon won’t want and will throw away. ” How many Iphones did we all got last 10 years?

Less of social media, it’s proven…

Why living in the past it’s not existing!

“Yuval Noah Harari writes in Sapiens, we lived in the past in a dual reality: “On the one hand, the objective reality of rivers, trees and lions; and on the other hand, the imagined reality of gods, nations and corporations. As time went by, the imagined reality became ever more powerful, so that today the very survival of rivers, trees and lions depends on the grace of imagined entities such as gods, nations and corporations.”

I will finish by saying this. We did not win the battle yet, and that is ok. We have the power to communicate with each other at the speed of light. We have the power to ask the question of why we are so desperate and work together on that answer.

We all need balance, and if I may say, it is one of the hardest things out there. It's no easy task but I presume with some work and grind we can get a bit closer to it.

In art, by definition Balance refers to how the elements of art (line, shape, color, value, space, form, texture) relate to each other within the composition in terms of their visual weight to create visual equilibrium. One side does not seem heavier than another.

If you curate what you see, you’ll also manage what kind of inspiration it gives you. We all need to be inspired to be someone of interest to others.

Truth is we live in extraordinary times, but also weird times.

We measure, and judge. We follow people that make us anxious, mad or unhappy and sometimes influence us to do something good for ourselves and our society. It’s time to take a good look on your followers and choose those special few that you can make difference for them and they for you. 

2020 its a year of choices, so curate that list with idea in mind that will make us all grow. Don't be afraid,  stick with your ideas and try to make this world a better place. Use your capacity and your focus to resolve problems, instead giving you precious time to those who gives no ....about you.

Art and love are the same things ( BOLD STATEMENT)  It’s the process of seeing yourself in things that are not you. Said Chuck Kosterman in his amazing book: Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs. Love is ...when you give completely without asking anything in return. Maybe I am wrong, maybe not. 

You treat another human as you wanted to be treated. That also can be love You want to be loved and respected, and you should treat them equally. You try to understand, and you listen. ( this is the hard one ) Who are they, and who are you?  Observing yourself in the eyes of others that is not you.

Relationships are hard because we easily abandon. We easily abandon the dream that is sold to us what love should be. And what love should be? Well one thing is sure, it is not what we see in TV ads and movies. When we were kids we were showered with stories of perfect couples. Barbies and Kens to Princesses and Princes who will appear on white horses in the middle of of the night and write us a lovely letters / Till Death Do Us Part. We have been told that one day will be that special day where it will be forever and evermore. 

By the way can i ask you a question? How did that play for ya?

That was all bullshit. That day for most of us was short, came faster then we thought or it did not happened, and for those that did good for you!

And to come back to the idea ( ART AND LOVE ARE THE SAME THING ).What I think is that most of us abandon our love relationships when the problems start rising. It is like we don't believe that is happening to us. We deny lots of stuff when it comes to who is right and who is wrong.

Why I compare this with art?

Well, sometimes I feel stuck in the studio, and my art is not as it should be. It's frustrating,  but I also know it is part of the process of knowing. Loving someone can also be hard. No-one said it would be easy, but that doesn't mean you should quit. It is a game of giving and take and doing art somehow feels the same. You need to understand the problem. You need to observe and listen. Ask the right questions and listen. Only then the conversation can have a true and natural flow. In the case of art is between artist and artwork. Observe and make mistakes, start that dialog between you and brush strokes and in the case of love...it also takes 2 for that. 

STARDATE 11001.8 Volume III

The first week of the new year…Gone.

Every year we have that reboot opportunity to start from scratch. 

We all start first day of the New year by a list of things of what we gonna do.A promises to ourselfs. Some of us even act as last year’s resolutions didn’t even exist.We have all been there and done that. Will this be a year of success or again of long forgotten promises?What would be on your mysterious list this year and how you gonna go about it? Statistically talking more than 98 percent will not follow their decisions in the first 2 weeks into New year.

Why? Is it fear or failure of making that first step.

Both are amazing. Exiting and promising. 

Without them there is no future or progress. 

So yes If i may say fail as much you can and grow from it. 

Collect amazing experiences. Learn and use your patience, 

stay focused, and persevere one DAY at the time. 

And then repeat until you acquire that new skill. 

Until that failure becomes success and it becomes a new experience.

After all the only failure you can make is not taking the first step.
