I'm not sure why this happened. Here's the scenario this woman is on her way to work she is crossing in a crosswalk and gets struck by a vehicle. The vehicle doesn't stop, another vehicle drags the woman a few feet from original site but she is still on the road and they don't stop either???????? Not one person in other vehicles stop to help this lady they are driving around her. A person that lives near the accident comes out of her house and sits with the victim until help arrives. There was a man too that was directing traffic around her so she wouldn't get hit again. Thanks to those two Good Samaritan's that stopped to help. The rest of you that didn't care enough, should really evaluate your moral sense Oh yeah!! that's right you don't have any because you didn't stop. This isn't like not getting involved for fear of harm to yourself I can understand that to a point.  Not stopping for someone lying on the road dying. That is so unacceptable I can't even tell you the consequences of your actions that day, you will wish you had stopped. You will know what I mean when your time here on earth is done.
