I'm sure you know, that Gamestop really has no say in how many copies they get in relation to nintendo games. Nintendo has been really holding back on giving out a lot of copies of their DS games because they want people to get the digital copy from their DS Store. They are trying to cut out the middle man. So yeah, you SHOULD of pre-ordered pokemon because chances are they didnt ship a lot of the physical copies

The comic is more about salespeople being condescending jerks to customers about games they'd have no problem getting anywhere else. I definitely pre-order Atlus games with nice incentives since I know those'll quickly be hard to find.

There are a lot of salespeople who are super nice, but the ones who aren't are just like this, and most of the comments by non-GameStop employees can relate, apparently. Unless it's a policy to be a dick about it? Thanks to the salespeople who don't follow that, then.
