I’ve never really been in this kind of situation before, but what i’d do is either try to talk to them, ask why they started calling you names and all that. Maybe you’ve somehow upset them without you knowing that made them act this way and an apology would probably fix it??

Or, if they don’t wanna listen to you and continue, I’d say you could ignore all the comments and go about your day, they should go away eventually. But if you can’t ignore them or they start having an effect on your other friends as well, you could maybe talk to your friends, ask them why your ‘best friend’ started acting this way, y’know?

Sorry if this isn’t the answer you wanted, as I said, I haven’t really been in this kind of situation before, as I tend to keep myself away from arguments and fights…
