Calling all HR fic writers in Socal!!

I’m thinking of running a Heated Rivalry event for fic writers in Southern California (specifically Orange County). There were a lot of HR events earlier this year but none specifically for the fic community and I thought it would be nice to put something together. The event will be a fic zine swap/exchange, where authors print out their own short drabbles into small zines and bring a couple of copies to exchange with other authors. The event will be held in a TBD venue, probably a coffee shop or cafe, and free to attend.

Amal reached out to me to help spread her fundraiser, and its goal is nearly reached. She and her 1 year old baby is trying to get out of Gaza to safety from the relentless attacks by the IOF, and have been constantly displaced for the past year. Please check out her campaign!
