From Cowboy to Minotaur

I haven't posted anything in a long time, so I figured it was time for an update. This is a recent pic of me after a workout. I'm getting back on track in becoming the bull I wanna be!

Just relaxing in the tub. Been a long week of being sick, so now I take a little time for me! Also I love my new haircut!

Just a little update, for the past 3 months I've felt depression hanging over me like a dark cloud. Happiness has seems to just be so far off. My motivation is also quite shot. I don't really know what I need to do, or what is going to make me feel better. I'm finding waking up every day to be difficult, and I don't want to revert into the dark places of my past. I just want to move forward and leave all the bullshit behind, but it seems too much to ask.

Body update after roughly a month of working out. I need to go more often, but I'm feeling a lot better about myself!

A week into my gym membership, 4 workouts done. I may not be able to see results yet, but I can certainly feel them, and I couldn't be more proud of myself!

I'm really hitting my workouts hard!
