"Tide stays on the TIDE"

The door clicked open. Marla froze on the threshold. Her eyes landed immediately on the cot, pristine and untouched. Then on the couch, wide enough for at least one of them to stretch out properly. And then, finally, on the floor.

Three massive turtles, tangled together like abandoned laundry, half-covered by a thin blanket. Donnie’s goggles were askew. Mikey’s head was resting on Raph’s thigh. Raph had one arm thrown over both of them, massive, overprotective.

She exhaled a slow, helpless sigh. “This is not... what the furniture is for,” she whispered to herself.

Wanted to draw a little treat, have a bit of a visual for the boys during these last few chapters.

I didn't think this silly little idea would become what it is now! I got so many things planned out. Tysm for all the love and support and collective sobbing over turtles!!!
