Applications are now open for The Top’s Guide to New Vegas - a for-charity fanzine focusing on Fallout: New Vegas, with profits donated to akt. The front and back covers, along with index, will be in the style of a magazine, but the contents will be mostly illustrations, as like most standard fanzines, though pieces will likely be split into categories/“articles”. We’re hoping to feature around 35 artists and up to 6 comic artists in this project! Applications are open until June 14th!

Professor Milton Cadwell was one of the resident teachers of Vault 76, he now continues his profession of teaching at the Reclamation One campsite.
Milton Jerald Cadwell was born Febuary 22nd, 2050 in Boston, Massachusetts. He attended and graduated from the Commonwealth Insititue of Technology and gained masters in education in 2073. He was then hired at Vault-Tec University in Morgantown. After three years of distinguished teaching he was placed into Vault 76 as a teacher. He worked alongside Professor Dayton and Fairchild. Mostly teaching the robotics and sciences portions of classes to children, and new members of the staff. On Reclamation Day he was assigned to Reclamation Three, which was lovingly nicknamed, “The Nerd Brigade”. Members of this group were teachers, former professors, doctors, and members of the science staff.
