Thought that just occurred to me but, this is a federal case meaning he could be sent to do time anywhere, there's no guarantee it'll be Arkansas. So, do you think Anna will be permitted to locate closer to him if that's the case? Look I'm saying I want that, I'm just saying Duggar logic here
I don’t know how sentencing works, but if he is found guilty on any of the counts, what is the minimum time he will serve? And then can he have probation? Could the conditions be he can’t be around children under 18, including his own?
I guess it depends on what comes out (i.e. amount of stuff he received/possessed) but I have read some personal stories of people knowing folks with the same charges only serving a couple of years and that makes me sick. I'm not sure about how his living arrangements would have to work out if there were still any minor children at home when/if he is released but I really hope Anna leaves him by then regardless.
