Video camera catches A lazy realtor in the act…..resulting in trespassing charges filed against unsuspecting clients! For one reason or another the lazy realtor took the easy way to not show his friends/clients the property they wanted to see by not showing up for the appointment and giving the buyers the combination to the lockbox on the door to the vacant property. What the lazy realtor didn’t realize was the savvy absentee owner had video cameras installed on both the interior and exterior of the property. The cameras caught the buyers unlocking the lockbox, (the realtor’s responsibility), while the owners angrily witnessed, remotely, the entire sequence of events.) The owner subsequently filed trespassing charges against the prospective buyers even though they were alegedly innocent of any intentional wrongdoing. Meanwhile the lazy realtor’s response facing possible firing from his office amongst a list of other things, was, “your all over reacting”.
