1. Surprise! Erid has their own Area 51 for top secret government work, and Grace is immediately taken there for testing. Don't pay attention to Rocky's ranting about aliens, his mind cracked in space and he was hallucinating!

2. Grace and Rocky are separated right after arrival. Rocky is put under quarantine, while Grace is put under the care and supervision of a doctor who has absolute power over him. They are manipulative and have their own ideas of what to do with an alien, and what kind of information they let in and out of the facility.

3. Rocky has an accident and falls into regenerative sleep right before the arrival. Grace has difficulty communicating with the pidgin language he has used with Rocky, and Eridians now think he's a space monster who attacked Rocky.

4. A secret decision was made that it would be much easier to just let the alien die and become a martyr than keep trying to save his life. Rocky finds out and has to put a stop to it before Grace is put down like a sick animal.

5. A group of Eridians think Grace is a dangerous abomination and decide to assassinate him in his dome.
