The Diploma is a highly intensive 3-term program providing a fast track CTH - UK level 6 qualification in Hospitality and Tourism and this program is CTH’s ultimate undergraduate level award and has been expressly designed to provide equivalent learning to that provided by a British university bachelor’s degree program in hospitality and tourism. This 2 year diploma program will prepare students for entry-level management roles in any hospitality-related business. It features basic hotel management courses, hands-on supervisory experience in service and operations, and a professional internship in a hospitality related business. The Graduate Diploma in International Culinary Arts, a comprehensive 24-Months training program comprising 18 months intense hands-on training combined with conceptual theoretical knowledge followed by 6-Months full time industrial internship, aims at imparting a scientific approach to the students of culinary arts. It is the prime objective of COTHM to create a new generation of chefs who possess culinary skills and a professional vision to explore new horizons of excellence in the field of culinary arts.
