Did you ever notice that when performing the signature psychonaut pose. Sasha and Milla consistently perform it one way. With Sasha placing his hand on his right hemisphere while Milla places it on her left.
Even though Sasha/Milla are based on the Left/Right sides of the brain... them placing their hand on the opposite hemisphere could make sense. Due to each respective hemisphere controlling the opposite half of the body.

On the contrary, Raz actually isn't very consistent with his hands at all.
Perhaps the inconsistency comes from him getting the pose from true psychic tales. Him mirroring what his heroes do without much knowledge of what it actually does. Which could explain the flip-flopping. Or maybe this hand gesture is a sort of a psychics "dominant hand." And people who are learning their psychic powers have to figure out which one they're more comfortable with. Hence the switching.
Going with the first theory. I'd say he's more often seen doing Sashas version of the pose. But it would make sense. he loves imitating the guy. Though by this we could also assume he's mimicking Milla's TPT pose at times as well. Or he's just forgetful of which hand sasha uses. but come on.. him? pamphlet reciter.. forgetful? no, that wouldn't be my conclusion. any milla bias aside. why wouldn't he just always use the pose of the guy he's cosplaying as.
He performs Sashas pose more often in official promotional art. With him performing Millas pose more often in official renders. Exceptions applying to either of course.
