How are you settling in so far?

I didn’t realise how strongly against brunch I was until I thought about it. All foods that are brunch foods can be in the breakfast or lunch category. Brunch is a made up category with no rules. Brunch is anarchy. 

I’ll take the poison blueberries in my normal breakfast.

I was awake re-watching breaking bad for 48 hours... then I slept for about 19 hours. So... I haven’t done much yet except try and get on U.S time.

I suppose it depends where you come from and what you like – I feel like brunch is the best meal of the day. Little later than breakfast, and a much more exciting spread than dinner.

I’d be happy to bring some by – as early as you like if brunch isn’t your thing.

Brunch isn’t  meal of the day. I think I’m anti-brunch. Jut have breakfast or lunch, y’know? Organise or wait till the next meal is my view, it’s never that far off. Dinner is as exciting as it gets! Unless you’re talking about after dinner meals. 

I’d murder for some morning breakfast.

Now to be clear I’m not singing it’s praises. It’s just that it does the job, down and dirty. Ah, are you having the same reaction I did? It’s like suddenly living in the Taj Mahal or Buckingham Palace or something. 

Well, honestly nothing. There are a couple of decent family style restaurants. Students usually congregate a place called Breadstix. It’s fine. There is a mall, bowling alley, all the usual small town America kind of stuff. But it’s freedom. That’s all really. Campus can get claustrophobic. Also if you ever want to have a beer or whatever the only place to do that is in town. 

I like some down and dirty. 

Kinda funny for you to say ‘small town America’ then ‘freedom’ in the next breath. Where do you like to go? You don’t seem inspired by any of that shit.
