wait so it’s true what they say, when you take care of your body by eating right and stretching and exercising and drinking water and getting enough sleep you ACTUALLY feel better wow.. who would’ve thought healthy habits lead to a healthier life

scared of being perceived as a grown person doing and going through grown people things but this is literally lifeee

i go thru periods of feeling soo hopeful for myself to feeling like i’m doomed because the only way my life will change is if i change it. it just feels like so much pressure on me and it’s making me feel stuck

daily reminder that i’m not running out of time, i’m just getting started

going thru my phone and deleting EVERYTHING with a bad memory attached to it

life is so overwhelming cause i can’t help but think of how my mom was just a 22 year old girl like me and so was my grandma. like wow, i’m actually growing up just like them

i wanna be up under my man 24/7, it’s crazy

i’m literally only 22, like i’m not even supposed to have it all figured out yet

thinking of all the things i want to say but it’s really too much so i always just end up saying nothing at all
