Belgian Waffles
Ingredients: • 2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder • 3 Tablespoons Sugar • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt • 2 Large Eggs Separated • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil • 2 Cups Milk • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Method: • In a large bowl. whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. • In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks, oil, milk, and vanilla extract. • Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients. Mix until combined. • Beat egg whites until stiff peaks. Fold into batter. • Preheat your waffle maker, spray with non-stick cooking spray • Cook according to manufacturer's directions or until golden brown. • Serve immediately with any favourite toppings.
