Don't put people down. Shit like totals, where someone l1fts, how experienced someone is- don't put people down for shit. Just because someone isn't pulling $2000 hauls every other week from top sellers doesn't mean they're any less than anyone else. We're all cr1m1n4ls here.

I also started just not feeling good about lifting for a while because I was doing it too often and I started to get nervous about getting caught so the break helped me refresh :) I’m glad to know lifting hasn’t become an addiction for me and I’m able to take breaks
