Chicken cutlets with mushrooms and mozzarella inside

Ingredients:

Minced meat - 700 g

Mushrooms 350 g

Onion - 1 pc

Garlic 1 clove

Cream 100 ml

Flour 1 tbsp. I.

Mozzarella (grated) - 120 g

Breadcrumbs

Dill

Salt, pepper, dry garlic

Butter + sunflower oil

1 Fry the onion in a mixture of butter and oil, add mushrooms - salt, pepper, add garlic, fry a little more.

2 .add 1 tbsp through a sieve. flour, fry, pour cream - the resulting sauce.

3 Form cutlets: put a piece of minced meat on the film, level it, put mushroom sauce, mozzarella and dill inside. Using a film, roll the minced meat into a cutlet.

4 I'm rolling in breadcrumbs.

5 Bake for 15 min
