He picks up one of the plush pokedolls in his bag (a Pachirisu that he's had for a while), and throws it at Volkner's head before he takes anymore steps. It hits his shaggy blonde hair, and Koki would probably be rather proud of himself if he wasn't really stressed.
"Don't leave me alone, you...you! Big...meanie!! I'm clearly not in the greatest mood and I'm sorry for being mean so...please stay with me for a bit, okay?" And with that, there was a bit of a flush upon the small boy's cheeks as he apologizes, stuffing another scoop of KD into his mouth.

Now, Koki was always the rather quiet one of the groups. He almost never spoke out of turn unless he was absolutely completely comfortable with the person present. And even then, he was incredibly polite. However, as he was having a bit of a bad day, and since Volkner is someone he's learned to become somewhat comfortable around, he...wasn't rather that polite. "What, you gonna arrest me or something?" It was quite clear that he was not in the greatest of minds at the moment.

Oh, don't mind him. He's just eating his weight in gold. Haha, gold noodles that is! Yes, he is sitting outside of a pokemon center with a hot pot of Kraft Dinner Mac'n Cheese in hand. An entire box, just for him. Someone should probably stop him before he eats too much and gets a stomach ache, because we all know he's planning on eating that second box next to him. Though, he does seem to be a bit flustered and also a bit upset over something...
