Got some recent footage of the long-lost Brandon Simpson in here, Doubles early on and then around 10.30  Contact Staff. Win. 

Teddy P from NYC executing some smooth acro staff moves and inspired footwork.  Looking composed and nonchalant, also some regular contact and doubles contact staff.  Cool video mon.

Uh, is it against the rules to post one's own video?

Yeah, it's only been about 3 months, but I'm back in the computer world on the regular, so wednesdays I'm back on the sharing tip!

 I saw Kevin Arleri in Bali and he asked why No Sweat wasn't on this blog...and I had no idea.  The wettest of dreams, this video.

Another low quality vid but the spinning is great, particularly as it's from 2008. The main event in this vid is the full contact cartwheel near the end (2:15). I believe Nate (Wayve) wins the prize for the first ever video of this trick. (Though I'd love to see an earlier vid if you know of one...)

Before there was No Sweat there was Contact Staff in Brussels. Can't wait to jam with these guys again...

Excuse the poor video quality but it was filmed 9 years ago. Sandy was a major influence on my spinning and I was sorry to see his Inspinerate site no longer exists *sad face*.

If you're of a nervous disposition close your ears at about 1:40 as there's a naughty word. And close your eyes at 2:55 - there's some poi. Eurghh :p

I love that house, this girl and the guy that made that staff.    Check the vertical wrist stalls... That North West style. 

There's been a lot of love for Brett on this blog and here's some more. He's got more recent videos out with even crazier tricks (at least one posted below) but I like the variety in this one.

You can never have too much Chronos, even if I made the video. It's against the rules, but I don't care. I feel like I still can't spin like this, un self-conscious
