Once, I was a child. Now I am a man, but so much has changed, and so little remains of who I used to be ------------------------------------------------- ♚ A Lysandre RP blog Affiliated with National Park RP ♚
Sinnoh had happened to be a long time coming. Lysandre was running out of places to hide from the international police, and Sinnoh was definitely big enough for him to hide in quite a few different cities. Namely, one city being Veilstone. There were lots of fancy hotels here and department stores, but the crime rate here was so bad that nobody would even be looking for someone like him. It was the perfect spot for Lysandre to hide in, and would most likely provide him a good few months of cover.
With that in mind, he felt freely able to move around the city with any disregards to his safety. Those who were crooks knew that he was extremely important, and stayed away, and those who didn’t, had no concerns for someone like Lysandre parading around.
That was until...
“Mighten I ask what you think you’re doing?”
There was a trainer blocking his path. Blonde hair, an orange and white striped shirt, and a green scarf. He had assumed that he was just another trainer, but the closer he got, the more the trainer refused to budge, as if he were there for him.

Everything below is UBR content, and shall not be reblogged, nor talked about from above. Everything below is past content, everything above is the path to the future.
Dear Undella Bay community. I have been removed from this group for absoloutely no reason whatsoever, and I think you should hear about it.
I’ve been approached by Mod Jiji on different occasions. The first time accusing me of double accounting for Weavile, and the second time accusing me of being underage on this site. They have not approached me and first asked me, but much rather had mod group discussions and made assumptions, and it has been particularily unfair on my behalf, as I’m supposed to defend myself against a team of three biased moderators who will defend each other until wits end.
Very recently Jiji approached me about my age and used ‘evidence’ against me. Stalking my personal blogs, not linked to this account in any way, and even going as far as to stalk my Deviantart from a year or two ago. My deviantart is in no way shape or form linked anywhere, which meant the mod team had to physically type in my name in order to find it. This type of information is personal, and in turn, caused me to have a panic attack. By Mod Jiji I was shown no form of apology for what had been caused and was simply ignored, then I turned to Mod Scad.
Mod Scad apologised for the panic attack, which I am grateful for, and we then came to the compromise of not doing NSFW rp’s on this blog. I made the changes, but Scad requested that I apologise to Mod Jiji for the way I spoke. I will admit, I was unprofessional and swore a lot towards Mod Jiji, but this was upon finding out that they had gone to my DEVIANTART of all places, and I was essentially panicked and in the midst of a panic attack at that time. I agreed to apologise nonetheless, but requested that in turn Jiji apologise to me too for ignoring me, and not resolving the previous situation with Weavile properly.
I was refused, and instead of going through with said compromise, I was removed from the group with no arguement, and no say back.
The mod team is BIASED towards each other, and don’t give a fuck about anyone but themselves in regards to member issues. They only care about you if you give them information, and i will exclude mod hana from this as I have not seen anything from them in the past and present. Mod Jiji is known for stirring up drama, as UBR was made out of the hate that they had towards National Park RP.
UBR is fucked. That is all. I did nothing wrong, I was accused on two seperate occasions, and now I am being removed by a spiteful, judgemental, and horrible mod team who only care about their moderators wellbeing over one of the members in their group.
Thank you for RPing with me, and goodbye. I hope this opened your eyes.

As the boat began it’s journey, and Lysandre knew he was in the safety of the sea’s arms at last, he felt like he could relax. Travelling alone was something new to Lysandre. He didn’t have to feel alienated from the rest of the world, because he was one of them. Just one of the many travelling the world in hopes of seeing new things, or escaping stupid pasts. The Litleo in his arms soon settled down into a deep sleep as it nestled against the fur of his suit, and soon, Lysandre himself felt calm.
The ocean ahead was both beautiful and scary each in it’s own way. It was endless and vast, unending and terrifying, but at the same time, the way the sun caused the ocean to sparkle, as it’s rays cast and danced along the surface of the waters was a sight to truly behold. Leaving behind the land, and heading out into sea was a truly unique experience each time.

Serena tucks the few loose, blonde curls that had escaped her hood back behind her ears. Her nails, manicured in the Kalosian way, dig into her sleeves that guarded her already scarred palms, and her knuckles turn white with tension. She scoffs, like he’d made a joke. It wasn’t funny, really, yet in the sick, stomach - turning way… It kind of was.
His smile widens. He wouldn’t have recognised her if it were not for the way she approached him, and the familiarity in the way she spoke and acted. Not to mention, he was rarely approached by people nowadays, especially blonde haired girls who reminded him strongly of a certain trainer from his past.
“You have changed... you are different. You’re just the same in many ways you cannot see.”
“... I could ask you the same.”
What was Serena doing in Sinnoh? Probably the same as him, sightseeing, or she was collecting research for Augustine. Either way, it didn’t matter to Lysandre. He had another question to answer.
“Quite frankly... It’s none of your business.”
He’s aware this makes him look suspicious, but well, Lysandre likes to keep what he does to himself.
He looks her over again, once more just to be sure it really is Serena. Before he lets the Litleo in his arms go, and the Pokemon hopped to the floor, before it pawed at her legs adoringly.
Sinnoh was a completely, and entirely new region for Lysandre. Not many people knew him there, so it was easy to visit towns and cities without being recognised and blatantly called out in the streets. He and Pyroar had thoroughly enjoyed traversing Snowpoint city, as it was reminiscent of Snowbelle city, his home.
But after exploring the forests of Eterna, and visiting the bright nightlife like Jubilife and Veilstone City, Lysandre decided that it was time he moved onto another region. It wasn’t just because he’d had his fill of scenery, but because he was aware he was being followed by the international police. Most importantly, a man named Looker.

It’s cold. That’s one of the few things crossing her mind as she steps upon the ferry. More than just the typical autumn - verging - on - winter chill, Sinnoh was located far more north, and was far colder than everywhere else. She felt stiff as she turned towards the docks, waving her hand high at Professor Rowan, who had been kind enough to see her off. That was the best part of doing these tasks for Professor Sycamore… even if she was freezing her fingertips off. Arceus knows she likely won’t have any identifying DNA left by the time she returns to him… to Kalos.
Leaving behind the land, and heading out into sea was a truly unique experience each time.
He wonders how dangerous it must have been for the first person to make a boat. How did they test the sails? How did they test the journey? Then he thought about how all of that work amounted to this, this beautiful view, and experience. Thousands of years of work upon work, and at last their creation was perfect, despite them having not lived to see it.
He continued to think about this, until he heard footsteps approach, and then someone next to him, and out of the corner of his eye, there was something he recognised, something he registered as familliar. Perhaps it was the blonde hair, or the blue eyes, but it was only as he turned to look at her, that their eyes met, and she spoke, and then he realised, that it was her.
“So it is you”
That it was, and it was also her - Serena - For a moment he was speechless, it seemed that his past followed him everywhere, police, IP agents, media, but two of the things from his past that he didn’t mind, Serena and Sycamore, were welcome to Lysandre. Serena for she changed the way he saw the world, and Sycamore, for he was the first person to become his friend.
It’s not as if Lysandre could explicitly say that he was happy to see her though. He’d been saved by Xerneas under the conditions that he left Kalos and did not interfere with the lives of the people he’d ruined. Countless killed, lives destroyed, Serena had been but a child at the time, and she had almost died too.
So he glances away from her face, and returns to staring off into the distance once more.
Lysandre chuckled. Red probably didn’t even know the name of the charity, did he? That was fine. To be completely honest, Lysandre hadn’t met many people who’d done their research here.
“It’s a place called the Aether Foundation over in Alola. I’ve heard they do excellent work for Pokemon all over the world, and I even toured their facility before planning this fundraiser. They need money for equipment and research.”

Aether Foundation, that was a name Red knew. And he’s surprised to get the two charities mixed up (what was the other one he was even thinking about then), even though the foundation didn’t have the most sparkling history in the current minds of the people.
Just like Lysandre. Well, his was a few years more older.
Lysandre nods at his words. He was right. A glance off into the distance meant the next words caught him off guard. It seemed Red was leaving, well, his side for now. He unfolded his arms and looked back towards the other, with a firm nod.
“I do hope that the rest of your night goes well too, Red. You and your partner seem to be quite good friends. It pleases me too see trainers such as you.”
Pyroar meanwhile, opened a lazy eye, glancing towards Lysandre, and then Red, who seemed to have thanked Lysandre for introducing him to the lion Pokemon. Lysandre nodded, swallowed, closed his eyes.
“You’re welcome to come see him again, whenever you’d like. He’d appreciate it.”
Then, leaving the other, and his Pokemon, Lysandre walked off to ‘accommodate more guests’. In reality, he headed outside, to where the guests were few. Mingling together in groups, they wouldn’t really pay attention to their host unless he came directly to them, which he had no need for. He was heading for the very back, where a few lonesome chairs were, and a couple of men, dressed in black suits were sat. They each had a Pokemon with them.
The man on the left had a Zubat, which sat on his arm, and fluttered every now and then, and the man on the right had a croagunk, who sat on his shoulder, staring at Lysandre menacingly.
He cleared his throat as he came near, and snapped his fingers. From the bushes, Mienshao leapt to his side. Now they were the intimidated ones.
If you thought Lysandre was stupid enough to traverse Sinnoh with a carefree mind, you’d be wrong. He consistently had Honchkrow scouring the skies, watching his flank, and Mienshao ahead of them, scouring the path ahead. Lysandre found it immeasurably hard to trust anyone, or anything, whether people, Pokemon, or Scenery. The only counters to this, were his own Pokemon.
Canalave City was where he would be getting his ferry from. The region he was headed to next was one that seemed to work entirely with rangers, so building friendships with Pokemon rather than capturing them. Almia, he believed it was called. This concept was fascinating to Lysandre, and he wanted to find the time to study a capture stylus or two.
Boarding the ferry was easy. He gave the ticket checkers a warm smile. His suit, his perfectly trimmed beard and soft eyes inclined them to trust him more as a ‘respectable member of society.’ So he was on the boat almost immediately, whilst the younger ruffians, with ripped jeans and skin revealing clothing wear tended came behind.
He made his way immediately to the edge of the boat, releasing a Pokemon he found comfort in. It was not Pyroar, but much rather one of the younger Litleo’s that Lysandre carried with him. He picked the Pokemon up into his arms, and stared below, huffing a sigh into the top of it’s head. It wriggled in his hands, turning around before bapping his nose with a small mewl, and he couldn’t help but return the chuckle. How could he not? There’s a cute lion cub papping his nose.

That question, was a good question. Lysandre nodded at his words, continuing to make the Pikachu in his lap happy. “I plan to double the end result of the donations by the end of the night, and then the charity themselves will be collecting the donations tomorrow.”
“…Do you know which charity this is going to?” That was always a fine question for his guests. Most… didn’t know. They just donated without thinking. It made Lysandre laugh, simply because, he didn’t understand how foolish people could throw money to a cause they knew nothing about.
Red didn’t seem like a foolish person though, so perhaps he’d had some insight into the charity. Then again, maybe Pyroar just scared them off from reading the pamphlets.

Well, speaking about Red’s level of intelligence…
“I heard they were good,” he answers too plainly, but that was about the start and end of his answer there. Truthfully, he barely remembered the names. Another trainer that had been present when he’d been checking out the invitation had recognised the name of one of the charities, said ‘oh, they’re good’, and now was all the opinion Red had for them.
Lysandre chuckled. Red probably didn’t even know the name of the charity, did he? That was fine. To be completely honest, Lysandre hadn’t met many people who’d done their research here.

He’d heard what happened over there though, with Lusamine. But he’d gone to re-inspect once everything had settled down, and it appeared that the money was being used for the right things now, so he put his trust back into them.
“Fortunately, this money will go into helping to fund a vast majority of the equipment that I have already donated, as there was a flood which destroyed quite a few machines. I could give a few more out, but unfortunately i’d go bankrupt. Then I couldn’t host these events anymore.”
Interestingly enough, It seemed Pikachu did, as Red proclaimed. Lysandre smiled as the other approached his Pyroar. It felt… somewhat nice for someone else to interact with his Pokemon. Not many would so freely walk up to a Pyroar, of all Pokemon, with the intent of petting it. But then again, Lysandre had just shown him how harmless he could be when laying on the ground and receiving affection from another.

The pikachu took to the affection with absolute joy and ease. Don’t be shy, Lysandre, no, no. This pokémon will happily be the focus of your fuss, no problem.
But as for the question being given back to Red—well, it was an odd ask, to say the least. Wasn’t he here to battle? Still he answers, not putting much focus on that detail to bother pointing it out.
That question, was a good question. Lysandre nodded at his words, continuing to make the Pikachu in his lap happy. “I plan to double the end result of the donations by the end of the night, and then the charity themselves will be collecting the donations tomorrow.”

At last, Lysandre set the Pikachu back on the floor, and stood himself up, dusting his suit off, and tidying himself up as he waited for Red to give him an answer. Lysandre didn’t mind getting to the floor to pet Pokemon and such, but he did like to look presentable, especially at his own event where he made speeches regularly.
Pyroar meanwhile, didn’t seem unaffected by the cease of petting, and simply let out a mix between a yawn and a tired mewl, before he closed his eyes again to resume his sleep. Picking right back up from where he left off like magic.
It was true! He wouldn’t bite. Not unless provoked that is. If Lysandre had come at his Pyroar with an attack, or with some sort of aggressive demeanour, then the Pokemon would have taken a defensive stance, and retaliated. But considering that Pyroar knew Lysandre better than anyone else, he was extremely trusting.

It was a cute, if ridiculous (utterly ridiculous) sight to witness, a full-grown pyroar that’d just been displaying quiet competence, to now be at the power of a more-than-just-full-grown man’s hand.
Unlike the previous slip of a cheeky smile, this gets a proper one from Red, a small scoff lost in the sound of the party. Others would be watching, but it didn’t matter right about now what was going on around him.
A helpful mentality to be in, when moments ago he’d been all too aware of it.
Interestingly enough, It seemed Pikachu did, as Red proclaimed. Lysandre smiled as the other approached his Pyroar. It felt... somewhat nice for someone else to interact with his Pokemon. Not many would so freely walk up to a Pyroar, of all Pokemon, with the intent of petting it. But then again, Lysandre had just shown him how harmless he could be when laying on the ground and receiving affection from another.
As strange as it would look, the large 8′2 man shifted to sit cross legged on the floor, in a suit no less, and picked up the Pikachu that has hopped over to him. He did as told, and set him in his lap, before his hand gently came behind the pair of yellow ears to scratch.
He rose his gaze to the other to watch as Pyroar seemed to tilt his head at Red. The Pokemon was quite affectionate to the other, as it seemed that Lysandre was perfectly okay with having Red near him in the first place.
But then, Red asked a question, and Lysandre wasn’t sure if it was directed at him, or Pyroar, but he decided to answer anyway, considering the most Pyroar would do would be to huff and grunt.
“I don’t battle unless absolutely necessary. It’s more... a hobby than a lifestyle.”
Which was true, he didn’t see a point in making creatures fight each other consistently. But he did train with them, just not against themselves or other Pokemon.

There weren’t many people who were able to escape the charms of meeting an actual Pyroar. Much less one that was namely Lysandre’s partner. The two of them were inseparable, and Lysandre got the same feeling from Red and his Pikachu, as he did from the bond between him and Pyroar.

His memories of litleo were a vague one, recalling when or where’d he’d exactly seen them in his lifetime but coming up short, beyond somewhere in Kalos. Which, duh, yeah. But bumping into one on your 11th birthday— the thought is a fond one, one he doesn’t express, but could tempt the corners of his mouth to curl upward.
Some of the best birthday gifts didn’t even have to be planned.
The only person who could really get Pyroar to sink to the floor and expect belly rubs was Lysandre. The process was easy to him. Scratch behind the ears, move down to the mane, underneath the head, and then down again to his mane. The Pokemon would surely slowly sink back to the floor, flopping over onto his back, paws in the air. Lysandre looked up, like some sort of beast tamer, to Red.
“Whilst what you say.... is true....he does like affection, from.... other people. You’re welcome to greet him properly now”
Pyroar let out a few huffs and noises from his spot on the floor, expecting Lysandre to keep scratching at his mane and chest. It’s not everyday that Lysandre pets Pyroar like this, so the Pokemon takes an pride in enjoying it.
Curious, Lysandre piped up, his gloved hand rubbing back and forth along the belly of the beast. “Your Pikachu. Does he perhaps have a similar reaction, if you pet him in a certain way?”

Both statements were acknowledged by Lysandre, first being the names pulled from the hat. It was understandable for Red to want to do that, As he had thought before, some of the people here weren’t the best to give Pokemon too, and considering Red said ‘she’ - whichever Pokemon that may be - was feisty, Lysandre had no quarrels.

It was an offer that makes Red pause. He’d been close to the pokémon, or standing anyway in their proximity before he had to acknowledge that being by the money wasn’t the way to disappear out of sight.

His arms folded behind his back. It was a more... natural sort of position for Lysandre to take, one he felt comfortable with, and gave him a rather strange atmosphere to the rest of the people at the party. He walked alongside Red, and answered his question with a short laugh.
“21 years, at least if I remember correctly. I found him as a Litleo on my 11th birthday, and the two of us have been together ever since. He may look old and tired, but my Pyroar is quite the feisty fellow.”
The Pyroar that they were approaching lazily opened an eye, and upon spotting his reddish-orange haired trainer coming closer, began to stand up, stretching out as if it had been asleep for almost one hundred years. The Pokemon finished with a short huff, before round blue eyes drifted over to the person with Lysandre, and settled on Red.
It wasn’t possible for many people to tell what a Pokemon was feeling, or thinking, and Pyroar was no exception. He stared at Red long and hard, before finally he blinked, and then turned to look back to Lysandre.
“He wont bite. Not unless you provoke him. But he is a firetype, so be careful.”
That was in case Red felt the need to pet his Pyroar, which most folk often did within moments of meeting the Pokemon. Far too many times he’d been met with loud girlish screams and then complaints about burnt hands. Although, it wasn’t his fault. They should expect that from a fire type.
