As a sound system and communications officer, his vocalizers and audio receptors are more than up to the task for this diplomatic work—but they can't quite seem to mask his current social etiquette issues, stemming either from his lack of deep understanding of avian society or maybe just his own boisterous personality.Well, let's face it—communication is the beginning of understanding, listening and observing are equally indispensable parts of the equation.
