When you meet Edward Elric he gives off the impression that he's the short-tempered hot-headed "violence is the answer to all life's questions" kind of protagonist, and it's in fact incredible character craft that he's actually the character who ends the series with a negative-3 kill count.

On Saturday I said to my partner, as I have said for months, "A ten thousand dollar a year raise would solve so many of my problems."
As of this morning I was reluctantly looking for jobs because I love my job and don't want to leave it, but see: $10k raise problem solver.

I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. This is roughly $200 extra per paycheck. Enough to pay off debt faster, rebuild my savings, and spend a weekend a month in Milwaukee getting obscenely laid. The sex I'm going to have on $200 extra per paycheck. You can't even.

Need help finding a Geraskier fic please
While wandering Kaer Morhen, Jaskier finds something that he was gonna use as a lute replacement to practice on. But it's a magical item and Geralt sees him holding it and tryies to get it away from Jaskier. In the process Geralt gets cursed/magicked to stick to Jaskier at all times and be affectionate (cause being lowered inhibition i think?). Yennefer says it'll wear off but it's hurt/comfort because Jaskier is in love with Geralt and feels bad about geralt being forced to do this. By the time it's supposed to wear off jaskier is preparing himself for it. But turns out geralt didn't tell Jaskier when the magic wears off and geralt actually used this excuse to cling to him because Geralt didn't know how to talk about his feelings and they do eventually and end up together.
