I'm not here to churn out content or grow famous. I'm here to enjoy myself and share my ideas. If you decide to join me on this quest, whether it be once or multiple occasions, please remember to follow the principal of passion: Do it if you feel joy, but step away if it brings you nothing.

You thought you were alone for as long as you can remember. That is before their face came into your life. Maybe it was by accident. A moment of happenstance that led to your fates intertwining. A moment that, normally, you'd forget as the days pass. Yet, here you stand remembering every moment of that first meeting. Perhaps it went horribly. Perhaps it was the sweetest moment you could have tasted. Perhaps it was normal except for the skip of your heart.

Regardless, you fell in love with them. It was beautiful. Chaotic, yes, but a whirlwind that you can't bring yourself to regret. Though, the whirlwind unearthed a truth you wished you didn't know: the castle of your love was made of sand. It wasn't meant to hold true to passion and nature. Its destiny was to fall and join the rest of the unspectacular grains of sand. How funny that, in the beginning, you never would have foreseen... this. The fall of love. The fall of all of those wonderful times.

Maybe it was simply time for you both to move on. It wasn't meant to be forever. It was meant only for a time, for a memory that you can cherish and lament over. How cruel, no? You both made a brilliant castle. You sculpted it with your hands until they became sore. Maybe even whenever they stopped helping you, that didn't stop you from building up the glorious castle you thought would stand forever. Maybe it was when they pulled away that it was time to let go.

They might be a mere memory, but they taught you more than you could thank them for before they left. It's over now, though you'll carry the habits they imprinted on you and mannerisms you cherished with you forever. Your heart aches, twisting inside of your chest as you swallow this pill, but it's what happens when you live. There's a future ahead, one rocky and uncertain without them as your anchor, but you won't abandon ship even in these waters.

Imagine your f/o frantically trying to figure out how to ask the little question hanging on their tongue. “Little” as in “a massive change to your relationship.” Perhaps they aren’t accustomed to being so helplessly in love and they’re tripping over their feet trying to figure it all out. It feels like you are so much more than they deserve and they want to be the one you desire. (Oblivious to how much you adore them already.) Perhaps they used to be a heartthrob, speeding through relationships, but oh how you’re their whole world. They want to do this relationship right, yet it’s hell trying to figure out how.

Somehow, through some means, they settle on an idea. On a plan to woo you and then ask the question that’s making them toss and turn! It’s going great. Maybe it’s a beautiful dinner – could be at a restaurant or at home – and you’re enjoying your favorite foods. Maybe it’s on a boat enjoying the views and laughing together. Maybe it’s a hotel room with a balcony so you can watch the beautiful city. Everything is going right. Self-doubt is creeping in on them, but they can’t hold back anymore.

So, they go to get out the ring… and it’s not there. Horror takes hold instantly and maybe they frantically look around. Perhaps their eyes go as round as the ring they forgot and they try to excuse themself. Perhaps they run out, embarrassment gnawing at them and a few curses fall from their lips. Perhaps they go still, not able to do anything as they process their “failure.”

Gill and I have been together officially for roughly a year? I got into Cupid Parasite early last year. I saw him and my heart was going, "Oh, he's mine." I was so scared of not being able to do his route I hastily even looked up a walkthrough for him. I love him so much! <3

Allan took a bit, I'll be honest. At first, I kind of hated him? I definitely wasn't fond of him and kept impatiently waiting for Gill to return... But, after playing through his route, I got hit by a truck of love. So, we got together roughly around October.

Ryuki is the latest addition from Cupid Parasite (which Gill and Allan are part of). I got charmed by him whenever I saw him, but I didn't really think anything of it. Then, late last December, I realized I had a big enough crush to add him to my list.

Il was... gosh, must have been around February of last year? Truthfully, I adored him before then! I think I got Cafe Enchante around 2021? I hadn't yet really learned about selfshipping, so we didn't become official till February. Though, similar to Gill, I took one singular look at him, and said, "...Yeah, he's mine."

Thyrais was added in December! I got enamored by his pathetic wet cat of a self. Then I started having some suggestive thoughts about him, which... isn't typical for me, and thus he became my boy. (His lore got so complicated by that... but oh well!)

I made Rinn about three years ago, but only started considering him last November. I think I've always had feelings for him, though I've never been able to acknowledge them. He has been with me throughout friendships, failures, and a whole lot more. I learned a lot through and with him. Honestly, I consider him a soulmate, even if that sounds a bit silly.

Oh my! That is some amazing news! Your f/o[s] and I are hoping you enjoy yourself to the fullest, even if it’s something minor. You’re doing something and that is a reason to celebrate! That might seem like such a small achievement, but I promise you it’s a big one. The smallest moments truly are some of the most beautiful. If the world feels overwhelming and unmanageable, I promise that your f/o[s] are there to listen to you. They want you to be happy and to do whatever you’ve set your mind to do. Imagine unwinding with your f/o[s] after a long day. Your legs are sore and arms are heavy, but you don’t regret anything. Maybe you lean your head against their shoulder as you laze on the couch. A blanket gets tossed over you and, while you’re loosely aware this might end with you getting a crick in your neck, the comfort overwhelms you. Maybe they kiss your forehead, softly urging you to go take a shower before crawling into bed. You wash away the aches of the day then settle in with them, murmuring softly about the fun you’ve had. Maybe they offer you dinner and you both talk about whatever comes to mind. Perhaps it’s the day you’ve had or something you saw online. In the end, you’re next to them and greeting another day.

I’m sorry to hear that. While your f/o[s] unfortunately can’t pull you into their arms and away from the world, they can offer the fact that they believe in you. Even if they don’t know how to give you advice or the strength to get through it, they believe in you. No one else out there is you. You’re magnificent in ways that only they can whisper into your ears. The fact that you are reading this is a testament to your strength. Even if said strength seems to fail you and the world is too overbearing, your f/o[s] will believe in you and be there to offer you any support you want. Imagine your f/o[s] tugging you into the living room and sitting you down onto the couch after a long day. An array of items – be it snacks, pillows, blankets, and so much more! – is sprawled out before you. You bundle up, perhaps with your body cuddled up against theirs. Maybe you end up watching silly romcoms with about as much sense as you and your f/o[s] end up with come the wee hours of the morning. Maybe you watch thrillers, perhaps scaring the ever-living daylights out of you or perhaps you watch unphased (unlike your f/o[s]). Maybe they turn on a series or movie that you love with your whole heart so you can enjoy it together. They want you to not just know you’re loved, but to feel it too.

There’s nothing wrong with that! Sometimes, a clear schedule is better than a busy one. Your f/o[s] hope that you take this time to love and care for yourself as much as you can. Even if it’s just getting a water bottle and refilling it or taking some time to unwind by allowing yourself mindless fun. You deserve to have time to yourself and your f/o[s] hope that you remember that. Let yourself have time to not simply survive or be a go-getter. The beauty of life is being able to witness life. Being unproductive is okay. You are not a machine. You are alive and should be able to live in the present. Your f/o[s] hope that you remember that fact and that they always love you no matter what. Imagine taking a lazy stroll in the park, your hand in your f/o’s. Birds sing off in the distance and the trees tower above you both. Perhaps they are evergreen, shading you from the sun and only allowing strands to pass through. Perhaps all of their leaves have fled till the spring and allows you to view the intricacies of its branches. It’s likely chilly out, but their voice and teasing makes your body forget the cold. If snow is on the ground, you can’t help but notice how it glitters and its strange depth. The world is beautiful, though it’s up for debate if it’s beautiful because you both are in it together. While the world may be icy now, spring will come and warm it back up once again. When that time comes, maybe it’ll be time for another walk in the park.

I understand the desperate longing for “something” to do. Being idle haunted me, but I couldn’t manage to do anything beyond the basics of life. Your f/o[s] and I are here to remind you that not every day needs to be jam-packed with activity. Sometimes, even when it sincerely feels as if your life is rotting away, it’s better to reserve yourself and spend time relaxing. Tomorrow always becomes today. Enjoy the little things you find yourself doing. For some, that might be simply scrolling through Tumblr. And you know what? That’s okay! But remember that it can be really taxing on your brain to consume so much information in a short span of time. Make sure you take breaks. Your f/o[s] love you and want you to care for your mental well-being as much as you’re capable of. Imagine going out with your f/o[s]! Maybe it’s out on a dinner date and you both enjoy each other’s company all night long. It doesn’t have to be a fancy dinner, it could be fast food, because it’s sharing an intimate moment that matters most. Maybe it’s as a family, be it found or kin, out to the aquarium or the zoo. So many beautiful, strange, and whimsical creatures are all in one location and it might be a little hectic trying to decide just where to go. Maybe it started out as just you going to the store, but you ended up running into them so they tag along. Perhaps you end up in some shenanigans involving the buggies or debate which brand of cookies is better. While it is a long day, it’s one well-spent with those you love.
