This is not the start nor the ending
Not even a color that needs some blending
Not an exercise that needs stretching
This might be the poem of every beginning
I don't even know if it makes you hurt
I only know those things I experience and heard
So you can be my sheep, I'm your small sheperd
Everyone wanted to have this kind of feeling
Like how they wanted to stop the problems that they're dealing
How they are dying to get the life they are dreaming
Or maybe, like sacrificing all just to be someone's everything
It's not like a bird you feed everyday
Giving everything they needed to slay
Doing all you can to make them stay
But kept them in a cruel but beautiful cage
Love them the way they wanted to be loved
You'll not care the parrot like how you care your favorite dove
They won't come back when you let them fly above
Remember that knowing they are a same bird is not enough
You entered so many relationships
You kissed so many luscious lips
Go to many placing or roadtrips
But didn't realize it has no trials or skips
It's not like the weather or the season
That changes every minute in a million
Then go to the available shoulder to rely on
Didn't realize you were just there to be comfortable
You weren't in love at all
If you go there because you are available
Giving gifts because you are resourceful
Then look at them because they are beautiful
Because love is something you feel
A feeling that can't buy any kind of bill
A feeling that could make a broken heart heal
A feeling which only you can know if it's real
I'm not much of a love poet
To do this among all these struggles
I wanted to prove that you are doing it wrongly
This might not be my duty
But you are reading this out of sympathy
So maybe, it's time to do it rightly
