Over the influence

Still my main comic, should update again in January. I’m trying to find a balance with producing this comic in a timely manner while working a full time job. I’m looking in ways to streamline the process without lowering the quality too much. I feel like if I lower it any more, the pages will look half assed.

The Ochre Hall

Having serious doubts about the future of this one. There are chapters in the novel form that I don't think I can adapt in the comic without big worries. When I write something purely for myself, I do things differently than something I present to an audience. Those differences are accentuated in comic form because even more of my intention can be lost by drawing if the expressions and storytelling doesn’t match what is in my mind. There is especially one chapter that I feel is problematic, but it’s also pivotal in the story. If I take it out, I need to replace it with something else. Considering I have difficulties updating my main comic regularly, I don’t want to put too much energy on this side project for the moment.

New project?

I made a new design inspired by my cat. On the first days I had her, she only felt comfortable moving around in the dark, so it felt like I was living with a tiny vampire cloud. You can get that design on all kinds of products here.

There is a white cat version as well.

I have a new design in my Redbubble shop! It’s inspired from the snakes I keep drawing in my comic Over the Influence. I’m planning on doing a few more designs with these snakes.
