Every storm that comes, Also comes to an end

It’s time you stopped harboring all the things anyone has ever said to you, that have made you feel small, insignificant or less than who you really are. It’s time you stopped finding storage spaces and resting places in your mind for all the times someone told you that you couldn’t, can’t, won’t or shouldn’t succeed in your dreams. It’s time you took a hammer to the fragile thought pattern that you’ve been nurturing that’s full of battle wounds and bullet holes; and made space in your head for a new way of thinking. It’s time to dig up the things that have restrained you and withheld you, and declare that the power of their words will no longer be the words you will live by. It’s time for a fresh revelation of who you are and a divine impartation of who you can be. It’s time for ‘out with the old and in with the new’ to be more than a catch phrase or an old term of practice. It’s time for it to become an every day ritual for your mind. It’s time to stop letting the past define your existence. It’s time to get fed up, get raw and get real about the thoughts you find creeping in when something goes wrong, or even when everything goes right; and put them in their place. It’s time to sort, shift and realign what matters most to what matters least, and find a sense of order. It’s time to stop being a victim, and start being a doctor.. It’s time to perform surgery on the damaged areas of your mind and transplant those diseased lies for healthy truths. It’s time to give up that crippling and deterring thought you’ve always kept hidden in the back of your mind - and to start believing that you deserve better than to feed from the shadows, when He intended you to feed from the light. It’s time to patch the damages and rebuild that which has been shattered. It’s time to declare that enough is enough, and decide for yourself what you will keep and what you will throw away. It’s time to take responsibility for your head. It’s time to fill your mind with wise counsel, honest relationships and Godly truths. Because you are not a prisoner of your mind.
