Save yourself first.

I need to vent for a minute. My mom is bipolar, and she's been off of her medication for a few days because she ran out. And for those of you who don't know some patients with bipolar can be scary when they're not on they're medication due to mood swings and such. I watched my mother today go from being ok with stomach pain to crying because she "never gets to go outside anymore" I've seen her mood swings before from manic to depressed but never this quick and it's honestly very scary. If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with bipolar please keep an eye on them if they have been without their meds for a day or two. It may not seem like that big of a deal but it's scary.....
