I need to heap praise upon Sarah Swire, her harmonies add so much to the songs especially the recent (already on constant repeat) When I Call Out Your Name and Stained Glass Eyes. Absolutely love how her voice sounds with Sam. If anything happens to TC I will eat cardboard (do not have high hopes for the band, must keep it digestible)

it feels like everyone is willfully misunderstanding why lestat brought up that he’s upset that louis didn’t answer the phone after being literally shot in the streets. obviously it wouldn’t have killed him but that’s not the point. the point is that someone attempted to kill him, actually almost killed one of the few people lestat has a mostly positive relationship with and who he failed to protect in this moment, and that as an immediate consequence his band fell apart which was pretty much the only thing that held him together at this point. and then only after four months he got a message that doesn’t even acknowledge the shooting at all but instead asks lestat to put on more trauma on his shoulders. i fear him calmly stating that all that was maybe a little bit upsetting was an underreaction
