I want to draw them more, but I keep blanking on what I want to draw them doing.
Someone sensitive to magic might notice something a bit odd about the weathermage on the airship named Wanderlust. As she stands on the bow or swings in the ropes, there is an impression around her, the shadow of wings or the swish of a tail. A trick of the light, surely?
Rasa is a dragon with an airship, that used to be a ship-ship. It’s handy for taking all of her things about in, like a nice portable lair. She collects shells and seaglass and old maps. The crew that helps to operate the ship Is counted as part of her collection too.
She likes writing spells, because everyone needs a hobby. The spell that makes an airship fly is one of her creations, though it doesn’t have her name on it. She doesn’t mind, and still tinkers with the spell to keep her ship better and faster than the others. If he would let her, she would look into the spell that binds Winter, and maybe fix it.
She loves to wander, and shapeshifts so she can people watch from up close. She isn’t secretive about her identity, but having the ship and running a courier service make it easier to get around (and is more ‘acceptable’ than the general piracy of the old days). Sometimes they even take passengers. She delights in the shock when she flings herself over the side, freefalling until she catches herself by manipulating the wind, or shifting in midair.
Her magic is weather flavoured, she can meddle with the wind, move the clouds, make it rain or summon a storm.
