Please use this mouse effect for your blog on your desktop!

Maybe you’ve already seen the effect where glitter comes out of your computer mouse whenever you move it. Well, this is from the same maker and but this time you got bubbles that rise to the top.

Hey y'all, I really appreciate the work some of you put in your blogs, like, they look A+, but if you want to be more inclusive of people who are vision impaired (like me), it would be really nice if you could follow these guidelines so we can all enjoy how pretty your blog looks:

font size should be bigger than 10 px. Small letters eventually start looking like blurry dots, so if you can make it bigger, that would be great. I promise you your blog is so pretty that slightly larger font won’t make it look ugly.

contrast. dark yellow on light yellow or white might look nice, but it’s really hard to read. A better contrast in brightness helps me. As an example: Articles on the dashboard are fine, but the tag section lacks in contrast and is hard to read.

So this is a basic tutorial I should have put up a long time ago!

Step 1) Have URL of the gif/picture you want on your sidebar ready. You can have it open in another tab if you wish. If the gif/picture you want is on a website, right click it and click “Open image in new window” and use that URL for the next step. If the image you want to use is on your computer, you can use the tumblr static uploader which can be found here.

Step 2) Go to your description and paste this code:

Step 3) Go back to your tab (or wherever you have the URL to your gif or photo) and copy the link. Now, replace URL with the link to your gif/photo.
