I'm going to ask for something that is just potentially fun and just for sillies and curiosities, you are free to either answer this or ignore it as you please.
If each of the enneagram types are associated with a magical element (i.e. fire, water, earth, air, etc.), what would you assign towards each of them based on their essential qualities?
Aw, this is a fun question! Thanks for asking it!
9: Null / Void: the absence of anything, the cosmos, blank potential that can build entire worlds or draw them into it, which is a bit like 9 being “everything all at once,” but also a mirror to others.
8: Earth / Stone: Foundation, ground, and physical matter, just like the 8 is an immovable force which will stand its ground (ha, ha).
7: Fire / Flame: heat, chaos, energy, force, to be used for good or evil, just like the 7 is delightful disorder, constant momentum, and in search of stimulation and escape.
6: Wind / Air: Breath, movement, and responsiveness, because 6s are attachment types who “move toward” others, feeling responsible for them, but also can whip up into a reactive gale.
5: Dark / Shadow: Information, concealment, off to the side, the way a 5 observes while remaining emotionally detached, slipping in and out without being seen.
4: Frost / Ice: cold, stasis, withdrawn, detached, something no one can touch or influence, it is itself, like the 4, always feeling alienated and distinct.
3: Water / Luna: Fluid connection, tides, or lunar phase, but water can also reshape reality by wearing it down over a long period of time, just like the 3 wants to create the world it intends to live in, by its own desires.
2: Storm / Lightning: thunder, force, something that can influence what is around it; it brings nourishment but also destruction, just like a 2 both nurtures their loved ones and becomes a furious storm when roused.
1: Light: Illumination, purity, healing, and order, the desire to be Perfect, just like the 1.
For fun, you could do shorthand for your tritype: I would be Wind-Light-Water.
