I sometimes still get distracted by it when I feel very low, but you have to try and find things that you really enjoy and distracts your mind. I would suggest slowly limiting yourself especially in the evening. Read a book because if you find a really good one it will completely distract you. I can give recommendations or search up recommendations for a theme you’d be interested in!

yes I am so embarrassed by the photos now but I don’t regret making friends and experiencing it, but also I was online because I was very unwell and lonely and coming out of that has helped me a lot

I would wear the dresses but not publicly.. my confidence has dropped recently T0T also I wouldn’t be able to wear a wig, it would itch me so much and I’m already an itchy often uncomfortable person …..

I would but…. most of the time it’s very chaotic looking, it still looks the same, you know! In fact possibly more empty (I sold a lot of things) I wish I didn’t get anxiety about having too many things in my room

I think it’s good to have unique interests so I agree with you and hope you are feeling more at peace with yourself. I used to try to like other things when I was younger (popular things) but I felt very unhappy. I have so many new interests now too and it’s the best when you find new hobbies.
